Edin Dzeko has scored 19 league goals in 25 matches from the beginning of the season, as he is topping the goal-scorers’ list (alongside with Higuain) in the Italian Serie A. The Bosnian striker scored 11 goals in Roma’s last 8 games in all competitions. Dzeko bagged a hat-trick against Villarreal in The Europa League, as The Wolves won 4-0 away from home. Even though he is now 30 years old, Edin Dzeko is on the top of his form!

Dzeko is also Bosnia and Herzegovina’s top goal-scorer of all time with 49 goals in 83 caps. He took part in the World Cup 2014, when he even managed to find the net once against Iran, becoming the Man of The Match. He will now strive to help his country find a place at The World Cup in 2018.

However, the Dzeko’s main task at the moment is to help Roma finally win the Serie A, which is going to be extremely difficult, but not impossible. For the purpose, he will need to keep scoring goals. Moreover, Roma’s team seems strong enough also to compete for the trophy in The Europa League.
