King's Lynn F.C. is an English football club based in King's Lynn, Norfolk . In the football season 2007/08, they played in, and became champions of the Southern League Premier Division . They are nicknamed The Linnets and they play their home matches at The Walks Stadium. The club was originally called Lynn Town until 1914. On 19th of December 2006, Keith Webb was named as the new manager of the Linnets, following previous manager Tommy Taylor, who had joined Peterborough United as head coach. Shaun Carey, who had been caretaker during the absence of a full time manager, was named as assistant.
