AGF is a football club with NRGi Arena as their home stadium in Aarhus . The club is part of Aarhus Gymnastikforening of 1880 which was founded in 1880. Football, however, came first in 1902. Football Club is one of the most successful Daclubs with 5 Danish championships and 9 Cup titles (which is the record). The official fanclub is AC (Aarhus Casuals). A morally great company for young ucomming fans to learn the traditions of this great club. The professional part of the club was founded in 1978. In 2005 the name changed to Århus Elite when it chose to expand the business in other areas; Aarhus GF (handball), Bakken Bears (basketball) and Atletion.
