Leon Osman

Leon Osman (born 17 May 1981 in Billinge Higher End, Wigan, England ) is a English-Turkish professional football player currently playing for Everton . He grew up in Skelmersdale and Huyton. He also went to Upholland High School and Winstanley College. Leon Osman is half Turkish-Cypriot due to his father being a citizen of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus . He is elligible to play for Turkish Cyprus national football team or Turkey much like Colin Kazim-Richards and Muzzy Izzet English-Turkish Cypriots who played for Turkey. His younger brother, Carl Osman, also a former Everton Youth, plays for Northern Premier League team, Kendal Town F.C.
