everyone has played either of these two games, now which one is better? criticism &comments welcome! give good reasons people....

Two very different games really, pro evo is brill for arcade theme and for a quick bash with the mates(spesh with the champions league feauture) and will be something which i will prob keep hold of for years!! The only downside to it is that you cannot update any transfers or anything, and that many transfers dating back to mid august were not completed!! Fifa is great for doing leagues and management mode, spesh working your way up the lower leagues for example!! Also you can create the players and transfers etc.. For the entertainment its pro evo for the all round enjoyment and satisfaction it is fifa!!

I havent played Fifa in a long long time. And I am stuck with my PS2 for the moment, so I don't think I could give a completely accurate answer - but I generally found the game play in Pro Evolution to be that little bit better... I heard the new Fifa is amazing though

pc fifa 2009 sucks, its brill in ps3 and 260 though... pro evo's player movement looks a bit mechanical, but is the better soccer simulation... i think...

I have tried to stay away from these games the last years. Too addictive :) I think FIFA focuses a bit too much on trying to give the "real" feeling with the real player names etc. The user experience has not developed so much.

PRO EVO ALL THE WAY!! The most enjoyable and realistic version of the beautiful game ever. Although it has become too quick and physical for my liking recently :(

No doubt it's pro evo. Has it's little bugs but game-play is second-to-none. Sorry Fifa!

FIFA has only been improving in the last few years cause they are gradually working in pro evo features. Konami can't come close to EA on budget which basically means that unless Konami have a serious overhaul FIFA's gonna keep getting better and pro evo will remain the same, that said PRO EVO 4 EVA. Oh and chessa, didn't occur to you videogames would be discussed here when you read the name of the blog???

pes is better way better ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but i think one day fifa will overcome pes,,,,,,,,,considering its growth rate, and EA sports has enough funds to upgrade fifa right now, but it also makes othe awesome games like nba, pga, rugby etc, not to mention nfs, freedom fighters, sims etc,,,,,,,so the circle is way too big to concentrate only on fifa, while for konami, pes is the biggest source of income, so its main focus is on pes

fifa wont overcome pes.. EA want to shell out an entertainer, not a proper football game... at first, all fifas look stunning, after 3-4 week, the monotonous goals, gameplay, and aweful player-player collisions makes it sore. also, the players slide along the pitch, making the pitch seem shorter and the player's body has more polys in pes than in fifa(also, in fifa pc , 3-d grass looks more like 3-d paddy field )...

and btw, master league in pes is more of a manager simulator than 'manager mode' will ever be....

hmmmm... I didn't see this blog before... PES!!! can't wait for the new one!!! when it comes out, i won't be doing nuttin for 2 weeks except Become a Legend!

played fifa 10, 2 days and i beat real madrid 7-1 in legendary mode...'yawn'... cant wait for pes 10, playin pes 09 now...
