From the opening whistle
chelsea
dominated all the corner of the field. I think hiddik planed it well enof as Terry leading the defense, Lampard the midfield,
Drogba
the forward. They played a splendid waiting football, gaining in every error of
Barca
. And did the opener they deserved with essien.... When
daniel alves
was finding to open infront he left a deep hole for maluda to seal the winner. Though Barca was also a prey for plenty of wrong fouls by refree.... It was chelsea who was nailed by some of his decision. First when maluda was brought down inside the box, flag was waved for foul outside. Then anelka lobbed the ball around the final defender for the goal and stopped by hand, It looked as a perfect penalty but unfortunately refree was standing right behind him but don't knw wat the lines man was doing. Its all in the game of football. But it is a big loss for some of the chelsea players who never gonna get that cup again which was effectively seen on all screaming and shouting against the refree after the final whistle. Roman will still keep dreaming of filling his tropy room with a championship lady.......... U can never buy one u need to win one roman hope the luck favours u next time............

Chelsea nailed by the decision???? what about when Anelka tripped on his own feet and drew the red card on Barca? What about Ballack handling the ball in the box and no penalty called? How about Messi being brought down (with the old footsweep trick they teach you at age 6) in the box and no penalty? Surely the refeering was the WORST, but at least it was even! LOL!

Yeah its true, chelsea dug their own grave with their hands so they have to fall inside of it even if they are in their home. Now the great Manchester United will be meeting Barcelona. Am a Man U fan and i know we will beat barca hands down on that day.

chelsea didnt deserve to lose.they played better than barca.Bracelona made only one shot at goal and chelsea made 5 shots at goals.Messi didnt do nothing. If he is a big player,he should show himself by playing with big teams and not with mallorca, gijon.he didnt dribble once A.cole but D.Alves and Pique were dribbled so many times by Malouda and Anelka.I am not a fan of man u and not a fan of barca but i want that man u to win this UCL.good luck to Man U fans!

I would say that they were both nailed by the decisions. To be honest, Chelsea was definitely the better team this evening. It isn't fair that Barça won - but that's sports! I'll never be perfectly fair. But Drogba and Ballack need to think about what they've done: children have been watching that match and they weren't good role models.
