About Belgium
By dmitri
Guys, I'd like to ask your opinions on the Belgium national team. I watched a few of their olympic matches, and their good performance against Spain. THey look like a good young side. Apart from Kompany, Fellaini and Sonck, i have not much ideas about the rest. Any thoughts on Witsel and Vertoghen? Any other interesting talents?

Is it a future European blackhorse in the making (the Czech Rep for the 2010 - 2014 periods)?

Not sure. Have not really watched them closely for a while now. Belgium used to be a real power house in the 1980s and since then have always dissapointed me.

Fantasy football league enthusiasts play for different reasons. Some play for pride, while others play for money. Some fantasy football league members play for mega money, though, and the money is all these fantasy football nuts care about. Witness these two amazing fantasy football leagues.A fantasy football league in Las Vegas pits players from 12 different leagues in a World Championship Fantasy Football league. These guys compete for a grand prize of $200,000. Other huge monetary prizes are handed out as well. This quest to be a fantasy football league world champion illustrates what this game does to people. -------------------------- Gwenstefni online football betting tips, odds, news

Hmm i have been watching the match against Spain, they were good but it seems like they needed some luck, same like my national team against Turkey...I don`t know why everytime we play bosnia beat turkey,i think this time we didn`t win because of judges!

i have seen nothing from belgium since they got beaten by david platt's extra-time injury-time goal way back when. but they do seem to have some good youth coming through and maybe they will be able to carry the national team... what happened to blondel?

not many give much of a thought about Belgium, then, eh? never heard about Blondel since ages, either. but their olympics campaign and the Spain match makes you wonder.
