The first Copa NYC Tournament is coming on July 25th-26th and August 1st-2nd 2009... Are you ready?

Copa NYC is a soccer tournament based on the illustrious "World Cup" consisting of 16 "National Teams" assembled from a selection of participating communities from the New York area representing their diverse cultural heritages.

Each "Nation" will be represented by a team president, coach(es), and a roster of 25 players, whose heritage they represent, competing for their cultural honor, community pride, and city-wide glory!  The winner of the first annual Copa NYC soccer tournament will receive the historic "Mayor's Cup!"

Preliminary Matches: July 25 - 26
@ Flushing Meadows Corona Park, Queens NY

Semi-Finals and Finals: August 1 - 2
@ Metropolitan Oval Soccer Facility, Maspeth NY
